This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using Cold Video Caller.
Prohibited activity
- Illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or exploitative activity.
- Unauthorized scraping, credential theft, account takeover, platform abuse, or attempts to bypass provider limits.
- Outreach that violates applicable anti-spam, privacy, marketing, telecommunications, platform, or consent rules.
- Uploading or processing malware, secrets, stolen data, or data you do not have a right to use.
- Interfering with service performance, security, integrity, rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
- Reverse engineering non-public parts of the service except where law expressly allows it.
- Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing service access or provider data without written permission.
Prospect data use
You must review prospect results responsibly. The service helps detect booking-link signals, but it does not grant permission to contact any person or organization in a way that violates applicable law, platform terms, or the recipient's rights.
Security testing
Do not perform security testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, or automated abuse testing against the service without written authorization.
Enforcement
We may suspend searches, reduce rate limits, remove content, revoke access, or terminate accounts if we believe this policy has been violated or if activity creates risk for users, providers, the service, or third parties.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse through the support channel listed in your account, order form, or service communication.
